Products

No, the pieces on our Instagram and our Available Pieces page are a small portion of what we have available for sale. If there is an item that you are looking for (such as a dresser, table, chair, and more) please feel free to inquire through our Instagram or Contact page and see what we have available behind the scenes.

We are always receiving new stock. New products are added to our Instagram page @midhavenfurniture and our Available Pieces page frequently every week.

Our furniture ranges in condition depending on the piece. If necessary we will restore or refinish a piece. Condition will be detailed in the description of each piece on our Instagram page @midhavenfurniture and our Available Pieces page.

All of our products are authentic, vintage pieces (unless otherwise noted). Because our pieces are vintage, there may be cosmetic signs of age. Any areas of notable wear (gouges, deep scratches, etc.) will be pictured on our website. Furthermore, the majority of our pieces are made of wood, and variations in colour, grain, etc. should be expected.

Yes! Depending on the piece of furniture and it’s condition we may be interested in purchasing from you. Please get into contact with us via our Contact page.

When a piece shows [ON HOLD] this means that the piece is on hold for another customer. They may be coming to see the piece or have paid a deposit on the piece.

If the previous customer decides against the piece we will take the piece off of the hold. While on hold the piece is not available for purchase.

If you purchase a piece while it is on hold for another customer and shows [ON HOLD] in the title you will be refunded with a 5% processing fee deducted. This covers the credit card processing fees that we lose on a purchase and time spent refunding the purchase. 

Ordering and Payment

We offer a variety of payment methods. You can pay through our website using your credit card, send us an Interact e-Transfer to our email, or pay in cash. We do not accept cheques.

Yes absolutely. Your credit card information is processed using the same encryption that is used with banks and major retailers online. We have no access to your credit card number.

All sales are final. Please ensure to double check the measurements, view the condition information and pictures, ask any questions you may have, and view the piece (either by video or in person) before purchasing.

In the event that there is an issue with your furniture, we will do everything we can to ensure that it is rectified.

With full purchase of your piece(s) we are able to store them for up to 1 month at no additional fee. After this time, holding fees of $50+hst per piece per month will be added. This will need to be paid before pickup/delivery.

Delivery

We offer fast and cost effective delivery of pieces across Canada. Interested in a piece? Contact us through email or through our Instagram to receive a shipping quote for your location.

For delivery within 150 km of us, we offer delivery at a flat rate per order of furniture. This price does not increase with additional items.

For further distances where a third-party delivery service is required, prices are per piece and depend on the dimensions. Please contact us for a quote for further deliveries.

Please be aware that our delivery driver and the driver for longer distance deliveries will require assistance with unloading your piece(s) from the delivery vehicle.

We make our deliveries on the same days every week. For deliveries outside of the Toronto area (up to approximately 150km from us) we deliver on Tuesdays. For deliveries within Toronto, we deliver on Thursdays.

There is a link to schedule your delivery on the invoice that is sent to your email after purchase. Please only schedule your delivery using this method if delivery is up to 150km from us.

For deliveries to further locations (Ottawa, Montreal, out of province, etc.) please inquire with us about delivery days and times as these vary.

Yes, please be aware that our delivery driver and the driver for longer distance deliveries will require assistance with unloading your piece(s) from the delivery vehicle.

This keeps the costs down for us and for you. White glove delivery is available for an additional fee.
